People have no talent for picking foods

To me, from everything that comes at me from the internet data, it is wildly obvious that everyone needs to eat less carbohydrates to get — well, healthier.

I do not direct such recommendations to the starving. They need to live. Your body needs fuel to work, the same way a car needs fuel to work.

As for cars, you can choose between gasoline and electric and God-knows-what-else.

I suppose if a human were crazed enough you could send in a lot of nutrients through a vein, but this impractical and not fun for a variety of reasons.

Food should be one of the great joys of life. The savoury tastes, the sometimes erotic experience of texture.

People pay an awful lot money for caviar. I doubt it is the fishy taste, as that is readily available from a large number of delightful fish products. Really it is for the delightful and believe-it-or-not orgasm-like experience of piercing those gelatinaceous fish eggs with your teeth and oozing out rich fishy jello-like entity.

Of course, caviar is also wildly good nutrition.

In Europe, it is prized as an aphrodisiac

It is associated with sex in a million different ways —

In song: From The Erotic Muse — American Bawdy Songs compiled by Ed Cray

“Caviar comes from virgin sturgeon
Virgin Sturgeon’s a very fine dish
Virgin Sturgeon needs no urgin’
That’s why caviar is my dish.”

In clothing: (although it does not cover much of the body)

“Caviar Cage Bra — $390
BY FRÄULEIN KINK
Add an element of pure eroticism to the bedroom with this opulent leather harness. The Caviar Cage Bra is aptly named, featuring topaz Swarovski crystals, golden rivets, and hand-stitched leather. Wear this cage bra to seductively frame your bare breasts, or slip on over a blouse for a stylish night out.”

There is no doubt that fish eggs are one of the greatest and most wonderful things anyone can eat.

This is appropriate even though the Russian and Eastern Europe folk beliefs suggest eating this can get a woman pregnant really fast.

Fish eggs are a nutrient-dense food. I would recommend the lower-priced Greek equivalent, to start; a sort of fish eggs spread or topping.

Nutrition is more of mental health than anybody seems to want to admit and few people are happy when I suggest the sugars and breads in their lives are not helping much, and appear to be causing miseries like serious heart disease that can shorten life.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by starting to love fish eggs.
