Governments and public health authorities respond to situations such as the Coronavirus pandemic. Our government and public health authorities seem to have fumbled a window of opportunity and Coronavirus cases are multiplying so that the United States leads the world.

Axios seems to be a pretty good and fairly impartial reporter of news and has slowly, over time, won my endorsement.

My endorsement is not easily obtained.

This is NOT something that will blow over quietly all by itself. If we are not aggressively testing asymptotatic folks who have been in contact with with confirmed cases, we are simply not going to stop the spread.

There are no specific treatments nor vaccines. General immunostimulants are available and are being researched in other countries.

Look up low dose naltrexone (LDN) on the internet and find the compounding pharmacies that produce it, so you can ask them for referrals to physicians who prescribe it.

Like too many things in the health care system, it is not being promoted, apparently because nobody really makes terribly much money from it.

Among my patients, there seems to be much suffering because “staying home” seems to be equated with a resolutely sedentary life.

This is not a very good idea. There is plenty of data to indicate that human beings were not intended to be sedentary,

I do not generally recommend the work of biohackers, but this attempt to quote science may be useful.

Stay tuned.
